Hello, my name is Beth Martinez. I am a trained birth and postpartum doula dedicated to providing families with compassionate, evidence-based support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period. I entered this work because I saw the need for families to have advocates who can offer emotional support, information, and confidence throughout their journey.

My background includes extensive experience working with parents and children, strong communication and advocacy skills, and a deep understanding of cultural and community needs. I aim to help each client feel prepared, grounded, and supported. Outside of doula work, I’m a parent and active community advocate, which strengthens the empathy and care I bring to every family I serve.
