Hi, I'm Aimee! I'm wife, mother an angel baby and one earth side baby, social worker, certified birth doula, and motherhood photographer. I love all things health and wellness, and in my free time I love being creative through painting, drawing and interior design.

I have been interested in birth and women's health from a young age, and completed my doula training in January 2024. My clients would describe me as a steady and calming presence. I am encouraging and flexible in the way I support women through labor and birth, because every single person is going to need something slightly different. My hope is to support the birth that you desire by collaborating with you, helping you work through any fears that might be coming up, providing informational support so you feel prepared and confident in your choices, and providing emotional support, hands on comfort measures, and positional suggestions during labor and delivery.

I am passionate about trusting your intuition and value the right to an autonomous and informed birth. I aim to fill the gaps in prenatal care by helping you feel informed and empowered, because I believe that informed women have empowered birthing experiences!
